musings of an isolated wheelie!

March 30th 2020

Day 9.

Today I'm feeling a bit down. I don't feel 100% and am getting a bit of cabin fever.  First thing today was a checkup with my GP. Strange having a phone conversation for both of us, she has signed me off work for 4 more weeks, and reminded me to keep isolated and safe. Also new medication from spinal unit prescribed so hopefully my tummy will start to go down.

Then, whilst eating, my tooth broke and a bit of filling came out! Not a good thing anytime especially as I'm a dental phobic. Phone call to Dentist for advice, mainly nothing I can do, painkillers if needed and possibly try emergency filling kit.  Daughter dispatched to find one.

They are very fiddly, we managed to do something, but by tea time, eating meant it fell out. We put another in and will see what happens overnight.

| did the workout again with @adapttoperform, quite impressed with my ability to keep up. Definately need some of those wrist weights.

Todays vlog from Church was published, so we read Hebrews  8 and watched it.  I quite like the last part of the chapter. It will be interesting to see what the Bible study brings up tomorrow.

I did more crocheting today, I finally got to 62 rows. Its a slow slog.

Tomato and fennel risotto for tea, and an evening watching TV.
